Statement: The side lengths of the triangle, a, b, and c, as shown above, are a Pythagorean Triple, because 3^2 = 9, 4^2 = 16, 5^2 = 25, and 16 + 9 = 25. With this new observation, we can also conclude that the triangle shown above is a right triangle.
